About me
I was a UX/UI Designer, and then I fell in love with Microsoft Excel. Through that I got into the field of Data Science and Analytics, and Power BI. I have spent the last four years building reports and dashboards in Power BI every day, and then validating the numbers in Excel. I started out in Tableau and still love it (particularly Tableau Prep!) and I am open to other Data Analysis software of course.
My education
I have a degree in Biology and History from Stanford University, and have taken quite a few classes from UCLA Extension.
I am currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree Program at Arizona State University in Business Analytics. This online program is designed for working professionals, and the topics include Statistics (I have recently fallen in love with Minitab), Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and AI-insights for Business Intelligence.
My fit with your team
I find that I tend to fit in well with a team of engineers that just needs that one Adobe CC-enthusiast design-thinker to bring the color scheme and put those finishing touches on the visualizations and copy. I also specialize in communication so I can be your design guide writer, logo maker and corporate communications specialist as well.
